Suburban Nest is a brand new, luxury self-contained apartment perfect for couples, families and friends.

The property is feature packed including a private entrance, sun filled living room and separate bedroom (queen bed), ensuite with walk-in shower, a full kitchen (refrigerator, oven, stove top, convection microwave and dishwasher), washing machine, individually controlled central heating and cooling, free WiFi and a private patio with rural views.

While not within walking distance of the main street, you will instead feel a sense of country seclusion while being moments away from all the best Orange has to offer.

THE SPACE

​

Set on the edge of a newly established suburb, overlooking private rural land, you will feel a world away from the pressures of everyday life while being moments (five minutes or less) from it all – cellar doors, restaurants, pubs, cafes, farmers markets, boutiques, golf courses, gardens, parks and playgrounds.

​

Suburban Nest Apartment is part of a dual occupancy completed in December 2016. Your hosts live in the property at the front of the block, but through intelligent design you will feel perfectly segregated ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.

​

The apartment sleeps two on existing bedding but can accommodate four through the use of a sofa bed or two single floor beds.

​

Breakfast is provided for the first morning of your stay, along with ample high-quality tea and coffee.

GUEST ACCESS

Off street parking is at your entrance door and 24 hour self-check-in is available but (should you prefer) we are also happy to personally welcome you and let you into the property.

Our aim is to make your stay easy and enjoyable while respecting your privacy at all times.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

​

Other features include: quality linen, bathroom amenities, Chromecast enabled TV, DVD player and DVD collection, music speaker including chargers for Android and iPhone 4-5-6, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes airer and clothes line.

 

Also provided are basic kitchen items such as glad wrap and condiments, cleaning items including washing liquid and safety items such as a first aid kit, fire blanket, fire extinguisher and smoke and fire alarms.

Children and animals (two small dogs) live on site but will be kept fully segregated from you. They are not able to access the apartment, your parking spot, apartment entry or private patio.

​

Please feel free to contact us about anything your children might need during your stay. While the apartment doesn't automatically have a cot or high chair (for example) we would be happy to provide most items a baby or child might need on request.

GETTING AROUND

​

Although we are just outside the town centre, regular buses service the area and a taxi to, or from, the main street costs less than twenty dollars.

​

It is an easy five minute drive from Suburban Nest into the centre of town.
